I actually like this video. Even though we all know that Roc Nation has far better MCs than YM has but we're trying to see who'll have more mainstream success. We all know the IMMENSE popularity with the mainstream audience already gives them an advantage and to add to that the 2 heavyweights of YM [Minaj and Drake] have both released there Debut albums already so they have the buzz on their side.


Dont get me wrong its not gonna be a landslide for YM cause Roc Nation has some Heavy Hitters of its own along with the "MAN" himself in Jay-Z. The video didnt cover the managed artists by Roc Nation which are artists like Rihanna and Wale. Also they have Great producer No I.D. on there squad which makes things all the more interesting.

Jay Z does it again. Hey if your rap name starts with a Jay [Jay Electronica X J.Cole] and you "got that flame" be ready to sign with Hov. Jay Electronica has been doing his underground for a couple yrs now and he has created a buzz for himself.Turns out that Diddy was sort of Mentoring him and had hopes of signing him, but he says "Jay-Z gave him an offer he couldnt refuse" lol sounds like Cliff Lee going to the Yankees *remember I said that* so now Diddy's in his feelings. I personally think Jay Elec's one of those guys that makes you say Hip-Hop is back. Trust or better yet see for yourself, here's his verse on this new song "Shiny Suit Theory" that you should be on the lookout for.
